Online pharmacy verification service LegitScript and Internet compliance company KnujOn released a report last week analyzing Microsoft-sponsored search results on bing.com for Internet pharmacies, showing that some sold counterfeit drugs and many did not require a prescription. Microsoft subsequently said they conducted a manual sweep to clean up the problem. Days after that, the researchers again purchased more addictive prescription drugs without a prescription from a bing.com ad. |

| Adware - Spyware : 52 Percent of New Viruses Survive Just 24 Hours |

Panda Security, the Cloud Security Company, today announced that PandaLabs, the company's laboratory for detecting and analyzing malware, has discovered that 52 percent of new viruses last only 24 hours. Each day, PandaLabs receives nearly 37,000 samples of new viruses, worms, Trojans and other types of Internet threats. Of these, PandaLabs found that approximately 52 percent of them (19,240 on average) spread and try to infect users for just 24 hours. |
