Adware - Spyware

SecureMac recently released MacScan 2.6, the latest version of its award-winning anti-spyware for Mac program. This new version of MacScan enhances protection against the latest threats to OS X, including support for the Firefox 3 web browser with targeted built-in cookie scanning and web file cleaning. Additionally, MacScan 2.6 contains an improved user interface plus the latest spyware definitions and tracking cookie blacklist.

Upgrades from previous versions of MacScan 2 are free, and can be obtained by either selecting "Upgrade MacScan" under the "MacScan" menu, or downloading the demo version from http://macscan.securemac.comand entering your serial number.

The demo can be registered for $29.99 using PayPal or credit card, either through the built-in registration system, or via the MacScan webstore.

MacScan Family Pack can be used to upgrade a single user license of MacScan to a three seat license for the difference between the original price and the Family Pack. MacScan Family Pack lets you install the popular MacScan antispyware software on up to three computers for only $49.99.
